Sherill Grant-Carpenter Ministries (SGCM) is a faith-based ministry dedicated to healing hearts, restoring hope, and equipping people to live whole, purpose-driven lives in Christ. SGCM serves women, families, and leaders through prayer, biblical teaching, conferences, counseling-informed faith resources, mentorship, and worship experiences that address real-life struggles with spiritual depth and compassionate care. The ministry creates sacred spaces for inner healing, emotional freedom, and spiritual renewal, helping individuals break generational cycles, overcome emotional bondage, and walk confidently in their God-given identity. Through initiatives such as devotionals, prayer movements, empowerment events, leadership development, and therapeutic-faith integration tools, SGCM empowers believers to grow spiritually, heal deeply, and serve boldly. Rooted in grace and guided by the Holy Spirit, SGCM exists to raise healed, whole, and purpose-driven women who impact their families, churches, and communities for generations.

Sherill Grant-Carpenter is a visionary leader, pastor, and transformational voice dedicated to healing hearts and empowering individuals to live purpose-driven lives. As the CEO and Founder of Sherill Grant-Carpenter Ministries (SGCM) and Heritage & Hope Publishing, she is passionate about fostering spiritual growth, emotional wholeness, and community impact both locally and internationally. Through teaching, outreach, mentorship, and global initiatives, Sherill is committed to raising leaders, strengthening women, and creating pathways for lasting change across generations. She is also a Mental Health Counselor supporting people through difficult seasons.
Eric Carpenter serves as Director of Security, overseeing the safety and protection of all ministry gatherings, events, and outreach efforts. With a calm presence and strong leadership, he develops and implements security protocols, coordinates teams, and ensures that every environment remains both welcoming and secure. His commitment to vigilance, preparedness, and service helps create spaces where individuals can worship, grow, and connect with confidence and peace of mind. Eric’s dedication plays a vital role in supporting the ministry’s mission by fostering an atmosphere of trust, care, and protection for all. He is also husband to the CEO.
Tori Ford serves as Chief Operations Officer (COO), providing strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure the mission and vision of the organization are carried out with excellence and integrity. With a strong commitment to service and organizational effectiveness, she manages day-to-day operations, strengthens internal systems, and helps drive initiatives that support both local and global impact. Known for her professionalism, collaborative spirit, and solutions-focused approach, Tori plays a vital role in advancing the organization’s growth while cultivating a culture of accountability, innovation, and compassionate leadership.
Joy Carpenter serves as Volunteer Coordinator, leading with organization, compassion, and a heart for service. She recruits, equips, and supports volunteers, ensuring they are prepared, valued, and connected to opportunities that align with their gifts and passion. Through her leadership, Joy helps cultivate a strong culture of teamwork and excellence, empowering volunteers to make meaningful contributions while advancing the mission and impact of the ministry.
