Our Projects

Sherill Grant-Carpenter Ministries (SGCM) leads faith-driven projects that focus on healing, empowerment, and practical transformation for women and communities. Our initiatives include local outreach to women’s shelters, group coaching and classes, international empowerment programs, skills-based scholarships, and global missions providing education, resources, and care to women and children. Through each project, SGCM is committed to holistic ministry—serving the whole person, mind, body, and soul—while creating lasting impact locally and internationally.

Shelter Ministry

The Shelter Ministry of Sherill Grant-Carpenter Ministries (SGCM) is dedicated to restoring dignity, strengthening confidence, and empowering women as they rebuild their lives. We proudly support four local women’s shelters by offering work-readiness training, interviewing skills, prayer empowerment, faith-based coaching, and financial literacy workshops—equipping women with the tools they need for stability and long-term success. Throughout the year, we also provide warm, nourishing meals at least four times annually and host meaningful seasonal gatherings, including a Thanksgiving celebration and a Christmas soirée, ensuring every woman feels supported, valued, and reminded that she is not alone.

Rebirth is a program that provides clothing and shoes drive and other resources based on assessment. Our goal to support each women to self sufficiency.

P.I.N.K ALLIANCE

About Pink Alliance

Pink Alliance is an international, faith-based sisterhood and empowerment initiative created to uplift, equip, and restore women and children through healing, hope, and economic empowerment. Founded under the vision of Sherill Grant-Carpenter Ministries (SGCM), Pink Alliance exists to create sacred spaces where women are seen, heard, and strengthened—spiritually, emotionally, and practically. Through prayer, mentorship, community, and skills-based training, Pink Alliance helps women break cycles of poverty, dependency, and hopelessness while embracing their God-given identity and purpose.

Pink Alliance provides scholarships for women to learn income-generating skills and build sustainable livelihoods. In its first international cycle in Kafue, Zambia, the program empowered 52 women through training in hair and nails, photography, culinary arts, tailoring, event décor, and makeup artistry—with most graduates now employed or operating small businesses. In addition, Pink Alliance supplies backpacks and school materials to children in Jamaica, West Indies, and is currently planning to build an orphanage in Kafue, Zambia. The ministry will expand to Pakistan in 2027. Rooted in faith and compassion, Pink Alliance is transforming lives across nations. Partner with us to help women rise, children thrive, and communities flourish.

Pink House of Joy

Partner with us to build an orphanage for girls in Kafue, Zambia.

Building the Pink House of Joy in Kafue, Zambia will provide vulnerable girls with more than just shelter—it will offer safety, stability, and a place where they are truly loved and protected. The home will create opportunities for education, emotional healing, spiritual growth, and life-skills development, empowering each girl to envision a future filled with hope and possibility.

Pink House of Joy will stand as a sanctuary where girls are nurtured, affirmed, and equipped to rise above their circumstances and walk confidently into a brighter, purpose-filled future.

Every dollar amount helps! One brick at a time!
